You’re the new programme director of a struggling TV channel. Your job? Make the tough calls to win the ratings race at the expense of your competitors, rake in the profits … and, as a last resort, charm the lovely announcer! To achieve this: acquire and air popular shows (or develop in-house productions), strike lucrative advertising deals … and, failing that, offer her flowers!
The game unfolds in a cross-sectioned building where you and your two rivals (among other tenants) scurry about in real time. Part of the charm consists of visiting offices, meeting your neighbours and spotting opportunities…
The only drawbacks are the somewhat sluggish pace and the omnipresent loading times.
A game with a similar theme was released recently: Not For Broadcast (2020).
