In a inhospitable world, almost entirely covered by oceans, humans have learned to live on the few small pieces of emerging land. They’ve built cities atop the ruins of an ancient civilisation. It’s said that some of these cities still house powerful artefacts, witnesses to a forgotten technology, guarded by formidable machines…
Yet, a handful of adventurers, known as diggers, are willing to face the dangers and superstitions that haunt these ruins. Scouring the ground for quantum refractors they can sell to the highest bidder, or use to power their flying machines. They maintain hope of one day finding the mother lode, a legendary relic, an inexhaustible energy source…
The series consists of only two episodes, but we can find Tron Bonne in The Misadventures of Tron Bonne, and more briefly, in the fighting games Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (arcade and 128-bit consoles, 2000) and Namco x Capcom (PlayStation 2, 2005), in which Mega Man and Roll also appear.
