The Amiga port of the Atari ST conversion of a 1989 arcade title, inspired by Contra (arcade, 1987).

You’d be better off turning to the arcade version on MAME emulator. It will require a special setting. The cabinet used a custom controller with a rotating button.
Its predecessor in arcades was called Heavy Barrel (1987).
