Block Out is a 3D take on the legendary Tetris. The goal remains the same: fit falling geometric shapes together as they drop ever faster, leaving as little empty space as possible. A handful of options spice things up (such as block complexity, field depth, and game speed), though the keyboard controls are, shall we say, less than intuitive.
I’d recommend switching to QWERTY (on Windows: “Alt” + “Shift”).
[You lucky native English speakers are probably unconcerned by this. – Ed.]
You might also want to check out its arcade version, which offers slicker visuals and a two-player mode.
