Silkworm is a well-known shoot’em up, a successful adaptation of the arcade title released the previous year. It lets you choose between piloting a jeep or a helicopter.
The concept is straightforward: blow up anything that moves. Two-player games are unforgettable.
Driving the jeep feels reminiscent of Moon Patrol (arcade, 1982). In a comparable style (minus the jeep), there’s also UN Squadron (arcade, 1989).
