The adaptation of the famous arcade game (1992), the main competitor of Street Fighter 2. The characters are actual actors photographed and digitized, which gives the game a bit of a “cheesy Chinese martial arts film” look (even back then). The franchise stands out for its excessive violence (bloody fatalities) and the eerie voice of the commentator.
If you want to play it again on an emulator, spare yourself the single-button controller, the disk-swapping, and the cramped screen resolution: emulate the arcade version!
