The atmosphere of this one is somewhat reminiscent of Flashback and Shadow of the Beast. You control a robot capable of transforming into various shapes to overcome obstacles and fight off sci-fi creatures.
It’s an atmospheric game, captivating at first, before the clunky combat and the rigid controls pile on the frustration and irritation.
I managed to stick with it until I was asked to blindly pilot a robotic fly through pipes in a steel mill. I’m sure this will bring back some painful memories for some…
