The sequel to Kikstart: Off-Road Simulator (Commodore 16/64, 1985), which itself was based on a British TV show.
It’s a duel motocross race on obstacle courses—incredibly frustrating for someone as bad as me, but original and fairly manageable after a few hours of practice. A course editor is included.
Much later, similar games were released: Trials HD (2009), FutureGrind (2019), Descenders (2019), Lonely Mountains: Downhill (2019), Vandozer (2020, beta), and OlliOlli World (2022).
