In the land of whatchamacallit, the rarest, most precious fruit, and the one that gives the most points in Scrabble is the kumquat. Your good king sends you to find them in the only place where they can be found: the “Khâteau Kumquat” or Kastle Kumquat, if you prefer. By the way, dear developers, if you don’t want your games to be found twenty years later, stick some “K”s in the title, especially in “Kastle”, and you’ll be left in peace…
Right, we’re dealing with a top-down platform game where you must collect blue Kumquats and keys, open doors, jump everywhere but not into lava, all while avoiding terrifying carnivorous umbrellas. The traps are merciless and will require much perseverance (or a save option in the emulator). The music is nice for the first five minutes. Beyond that, you’ll want to crucify cats.
