A pissing contest between Scrooge McDuck and Flintheart Glomgold serves as the flimsy excuse for a globe-trotting treasure hunt. Huey, Dewey, Louie, Webby, and Launchpad McQuack are all along for the ride…
It’s hard to enjoy this collection of bland mini-games, especially if you’re familiar with the NES and Game Boy versions, which rank among the best platformers of their era.
Aside from the presentation, there’s not much worth mentioning. It’s sluggish, repetitive, and clunky—everything the Capcom titles were not.
