A mad scientist has created an uncontrollable apparatus that turns people into killing machines: the Chaos Engine. It’s up to you to stop it. Choose from six characters with complementary traits and throw them into the fray. Along the way, collect money to upgrade your abilities and weapons.
One of the best action games for two players: fast-paced, easy to pick up, and brimming with unique style.
The American version was called Soldiers of Fortune.
It’s worth noting that a rather half-baked remake came out in 2013. But if you’re going to part with your money, I’d recommend Nuclear Throne (2015) or Enter the Gungeon (2016) instead.
