In the 1920s, in Chicago… Oh, we don’t have time. Bang! Bang!
Take down dozens of gangsters who pop up from windows and trash cans before they open fire on you.
No shooting women, cats, dogs, or skaters. No shooting TNT crates. No blinking.
The difficulty is absurd with a mouse. The game was clearly designed for a light gun. Note that the two-player mode required two light guns to play simultaneously.
I’ve found its worthy successor: Bartlow’s Dread Machine (2020). And in the same vein: Empire City: 1931 (arcade, 1986).
