The gold standard for 2D pool games. I can’t speak about its realism, but I was hooked straight away—it’s easy to pick up, well-presented, and enhanced by simple yet high-quality sound effects. A variety of game modes are available, including both English and American pool variants.
In 1995, they released a modified version on a magazine cover disk, adapted to Snooker rules and rebranded as Arcade Snooker. It includes the rather amusing feature of self-destructing if you try to save your game!
